Trafford 親子體適能班
Trafford Hongkongers CIC 終於又有實體活動喇！嚟緊 2025 年 3 月到 7 月，我哋將會喺當中 16 個星期日朝早，舉行親子體適能班。屆時會由 Family PE 嘅導師 Olga ，帶領大家一齊做下運動。我哋歡迎家長帶同 3 至 8 歲嘅 小朋友，一齊參加我哋呢個活動，識下新朋友，等週日朝早有個好開始！
工作坊只設家庭票，一張家庭票可供最多兩位家長或監護人，攜同，攜同最多三位小朋友（三至八歲）出席一次工作坊。請留意，唔同日子嘅工作坊係分開報名，方便大家計劃行程。

Trafford Hongkongers CIC is excited to host in-person events again! From March to July 2025, we will run 16 PE workshop sessions on Sunday mornings. Our tutor from Family PE, Olga, will guide everyone through a series of exercises. We warmly invite parents to join this event with their children (aged 3–8), make new friends, and start their Sunday mornings on a positive note!
Ｗe only offer family tickets. A family ticket allows at most two parents/guardians and at most three kids (aged 3 - 😎 to attend a workshop once. Please note that, you need to sign up for workshops on different Sundays seperately. This will let you plan your weekend more conveniently.
